What problems does your avatar face? Describe the problems here and hint that there is a solution but don't give it away just yet.
How can you connect with your avatar? Have you been in the situation they are in right now? If you have a quick way of saying "I understand where you're at right now" to your avatar, use that here.
Your avatar should be questioning if there is a solution for their problem at this point. The goal in this section is to anticipate those objections and questions. Address the elephant in the room and show that you understand the concerns. Often simply stating the objections does more than trying to "squash" them to early on in the process.
What roadblocks have kept your avatar from getting the results? Make sure to focus on the external factors versus the internal factors (don't criticize your avatar). Is it finances? Is there a common enemy that you can identify? Find a way to empathetically communicate that there are real roadblocks.
What result does your avatar want the most? On a material/surface level what does this mean for your avatar? On a deeper, more meaningful level, what does this mean for your avatar? Finally, make sure you've kept the SOLUTION a secret through this section. This is all about relating to your avatar so when you present your solution, they know it's for them!
What are you selling? What are the features of your product/service that solve your avatar's problem? What does solving the problem mean for your avatar? What are the benefits of solving the problem?
Where will your avatar be once your product/service has helped them solve their problem (future pacing)? What is the transformational outcome that they are buying? Remember that this section is meant to show the customer that this is for them. Briefly cover "what it is", then mainly focus on the transformational outcome that the offer will give them.
What is your product? How have you made this the best way for your avatar to get results?
How will your customers benefit for them? What does this solution mean for them on a deeper level?
Where will this solution take your avatar? What is the transformation your avatar desires?
